MUFFINS 
2 c. boiling water
2 c. all-bran cereal
3 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 qt. buttermilk
5 tsp. baking soda
4 eggs, beaten
2 tsp. salt
5 c. flour
4 c. bran flakes

Pour the boiling water over the all-bran cereal. Add and mix the sugar, butter, buttermilk, soda, eggs, salt and flour. Stir in the bran flakes.

Bake in 350°F oven for 20 minutes.

Can be stored in refrigerator for 6 weeks.
