IRISH-ITALIAN SPAGHETTI 
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. salad or olive oil
1 lb. ground beef
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. Tabasco powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
Dash red pepper
1 (10 1/2 or 11 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. long spaghetti
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook onion in hot oil until golden. Add meat and seasonings; brown lightly. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. Add soups; cover and simmer 45 minutes. Cook spaghetti in boiling, salted water until tender. Drain and rinse with hot water.

Arrange on hot platter. Pour sauce over spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4-6 servings.
