CHERRIES IN THE SNOW 
1 lg. angel food cake, broken in sm. pieces
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 lg. carton Cool Whip
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1 can prepared pie cherries

Prepare angel food cake by rolling brown crust off and tearing into small bites. In another bowl, place milk, sugar, flavoring, and softened cream cheese; mix well. Fold in topping. Pour mixture over angel food cake (reserving 1 cup of mixture) and mix well. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch dish and cover with remaining mixture. Cover with pie cherries. Top with extra topping and coconut.
