1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta
1 chopped jalapeno pepper (optional)
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel with tomatoes & green chilies

Pour can of Rotel into small saucepan. Add cheese and pepper if desired. Cook over low heat until cheese is melted. Serve with tostitos and Doritos.
