CHICKEN KIEV 
4 to 5 chicken breasts
2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. dried unflavored bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. fresh chopped parsley

Melt butter and set aside. Mix together bread crumbs, Parmesan, Oregano, garlic salt, basil and salt. Dip breasts in butter and then coat them in the dry ingredients mixture. Place in buttered baking dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour. Mix together green pepper, parsley, wine, and remaining butter. When chicken is done, spoon this mixture over each piece. Return to oven for 5 minutes. ALL DONE YUM!!
