COUNTRY STYLE CHICKEN KIEV 
1 tsp. basil and oregano leaves
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. melted butter
2 chicken breasts, split
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. parsley

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano and garlic salt. Dip chicken breasts in melted butter. Coat chicken both sides in bread crumb mixture. Place chicken skin side up in 9 inch baking pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until chicken is tender.

Meanwhile, add wine, green onions and parsley to preserved melted butter (about 1/2 cup). When chicken is golden brown, pour butter sauce over it. Continue baking for 3 to 5 minutes until sauce is heated through. Serve with sauce spooned over. Makes 4 servings.
