CHICKEN KIEV 
2/3 c. butter
2 tbsp. Parmesan
1 tsp. each basil and oregano
2 chicken breasts, split
1/4 c. white wine or apple juice
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. parsley
1/4 c. chopped green onion

On waxed paper, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan, basil, oregano, garlic salt and salt. Melt butter and dip chicken first in butter, then in crumbs to coat. Place skin side up in 9 inch baking dish. Bake 375 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

Mix wine, onion, parsley with remaining butter. When chicken is golden brown, pour butter sauce around and over. Return to oven for 5 minutes until sauce is hot. Serve with rice.
