CHICKEN KIEV 
8 chicken breast, halves of deboned
Thinly sliced Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken or celery soup
1 tbsp. curry
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. converted rice
Chives
Thinly sliced ham

Pound the chicken until thin. Put Swiss cheese, chives and ham inside the chicken and roll up. Put in three toothpicks to hold. Mix up rice, soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry. Put in dish for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
