BUTTERMILK POUND CAKE 
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
3 c. sugar
1 c. Butter Flavored Crisco
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 c. buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour your cake pan. Beat eggs first, then add vanilla, salt, baking soda, sugar and Crisco. Mix until well blended. Add flour and buttermilk and mix well.

Bake 1 1/2 hour (oven time may vary).
