5 lg. onions, sliced
12 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 lb. sausage meat, browned and drained
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 sm. jar pimiento pepper

Put onions in 12 x 7 inch dish, next put crackers and add sausage meat. Add a layer of onions and top with cream of mushroom soup, salt and seasoning salt. Sprinkle layer of cheese and pimiento. Bake in preheated oven at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
