APPLE AND ONION PORK SAUSAGE 
8 lbs. pork butt meat, coarse ground
1 lb. unsweetened applesauce
1/3 c. dehydrated minced onions
2 tbsp. Bell's poultry seasoning
1 tbsp. ground white pepper
1/4 c. water

Mix together all ingredients. Put mixture through grinder again using 1/8 inch hole in plates in grinder. Form into patties. Pan fry, turning once.

Makes a great breakfast sausage. But I don't know any Italian person in his right mind that would put it in his sauce!
