FRESH FRUIT SALAD 
2 c. strawberries, sliced
1 apple, cored and diced
1 pear, cored and diced
1 banana, sliced
1 c. green grapes

Combine all fruit in serving dish. Lightly toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. honey
1/2 tbsp. lemon juice

Blend all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth. Serves 8 (50 calories each, including dressing).
