QUICK BUTTER FLUFF ROLLS 
1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm buttermilk
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
4 1/2 c. flour

Soak yeast for 5 minutes. Add buttermilk, sugar, salt, soda, shortening, eggs, and flour mixture. Make into rolls. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
