RICE HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger, browned, or any leftover cooked meat
1 c. raw rice (can use 1/2 cooked wild rice)
2 c. celery
1 med. sm. onion
1 can mushrooms
2 cans cream soup
2 cans water
4 tsp. soy sauce

Mix or match: cream of mushroom, celery, chicken, etc.

Brown hamburger with onion and celery. Combine soup, water, and soy sauce; add mushrooms. Mix in hamburger mixture, add rice and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serve over chow mein noodles.
