WILD RICE HOTDISH 
1/2 lb. wild rice
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 can cream of celery soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 onion, diced
4 sticks celery, diced
1 lg. can mushroom pieces
Sliced green & black olives (amount depends on you)
1 can French fried onion rings

Simmer wild rice until tender and fluffy. Saute the onion and celery with the ground beef. Drain off any fat or liquid from meat. When rice is done cooking, drain thoroughly. Combine all ingredients together in large mixing bowl, except for the onion rings. Bake in a large casserole or Pyrex baking pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. Sprinkle onion rings on top and bake another 10 minutes.
