SWEET AND SOUR SLAW 
1 shredded cabbage
1 sliced bell pepper
1 sliced onion
1 grated carrot

Layer the vegetables, placing the cabbage on the bottom followed by the bell pepper, onion then carrots.

MARINADE:

1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seeds

Mix above ingredients together and boil for at least two minutes. Pour over vegetables and cover container. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
