SWEET AND SOUR SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage
1 lg. red onion
1 sm. jar chopped pimento
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 or 4 pieces of chopped celery

Layer above ingredients in large bowl.

DRESSING:

1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt

Boil the above for 2 minutes, add 3/4 cup oil and some coarse grind black pepper. Bring to boil and pour over slaw. Cover and refrigerate. Keep indefinitely in refrigerator.
