CRISP SWEET SLAW | |
4 c. shredded cabbage 1 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion DRESSING: 1/4 c. cider vinegar 1/2 c. apple juice 8 packets EQUAL 1 tsp. dry mustard 3 tbsp. vegetable oil 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. celery seed 1 tsp. salt Combine slaw ingredients. Whisk together dressing ingredients. Pour over slaw, toss to blend. Garnish with onion rings. Refrigerate until served. Makes 8 servings, 1/2 cup each. (75 calories per serving.) |
