SWEET AND SOUR SLAW 
1/2 lb. bacon
Small head cabbage
1 carrot, grated
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/4 head red cabbage
3 tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. cider vinegar
3 tbsp. sour cream
1/4 c. bacon fat

Cook bacon. Reserve fat. Slice cabbage thinly. Add carrot, celery and bacon. Whisk dressing ingredients until smooth. Toss together.
