PAM'S SWEET SLAW 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. shredded coleslaw
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 (8 oz.) jar sweet relish
1/4 cup sweet pickle juice (from a pickle jar; optional)
1/2 cup dark raisins (optional)

In a bowl, mix all ingredients, cover with Saran or plastic wrap and refrigerate for about two hours before serving.

Note: You can add more mayonnaise or dairy sour cream, depending on the taste and consistency you desire. If the mixture is too thick or not quite sweet enough, I add some juice from a jar of sweet pickles. That usually is the finishing touch!
