SPANISH MEATBALLS 
2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 c. onions, chopped fine
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. garlic sauce
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg

Mix all together; make into balls and fry. Make sauce of:

1 (18 oz.) bottle Hickory flavored barbeque sauce
1 c. water

Put in meatballs and simmer 20 minutes. Diabetic.
