POTATO-CHEESE BALLS 
1/2 c. grated American cheese
Salt to taste
2 c. cooked mashed potatoes
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. milk

Combine cheese, salt and potatoes; form into balls. Roll in bread crumbs; dip in egg blended with milk. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes. Yield: 6 servings.
