TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
1 head lettuce, shredded
3 tomatoes, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can garbonzo beans, rinsed
1 sm. can kidney beans, drained
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. Fritos
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning
3/4 c. water
2 avocados, chopped

Brown beef; drain off grease. Sprinkle taco seasoning mix over the ground beef. Pour 3/4 cup of water. Simmer for 20 minutes until water is gone. Cool hamburger. Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise. Add small can of sliced black olives for the taco salad. When ready to serve mix with mayonnaise.
