HEAVENLY HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 stick butter
3 c. white sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 sq. unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk (lg. can)

Melt butter and chocolate in pan. Stir in sugar and milk gradually. Return to fire and cook a few minutes. Keeps for a long time in jar in refrigerator.
