LEMON CHEESE BARS 
1 pkg. lemon cake mix
1 egg
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Mix together. Reserve 1 cup. Pat remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 9x13x2-inch pan.

Bake for 15 minutes at 350°F.

Filling:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. lemon juice

Beat together all ingredients. Beat until smooth. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle reserved crumb mixture over cream cheese layer.

Bake 15 minutes longer. Cool; cut into bars.
