1 lb. hot sausage
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs
1 c. Bisquick
2 c. milk

Brown and drain sausage. Spread sausage over bottom on 9x13-inch pan and cover with cheese. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over cheese.

Bake at 400°F for approximately 30 minutes or until middle is done.
