SAUSAGE QUICHE 
4 lg. eggs (5 if small)
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 c. milk
1 (16 oz.) pkg. Bob Evans sausage
12-14 oz. cheese
1 can Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls (I use 2 cans)

Can use Swiss, Monterey Jack, or Mozzarella and a little cheddar (shredded)

Cook sausage and drain. Spread crescent roll dough in 9 x 13 ungreased pan. Cover bottom and up halfway on sides. Pinch seams to seal.

Place sausage on bottom. Mix eggs, chopped pepper, oregano, milk, salt, and pepper until fluffy (don't overbeat). Pour over sausage. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
