SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. sausage
1 1/2 c. Pet milk
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. parsley, chopped
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 uncooked pie shell

Brown sausage, onion and pepper; drain. Mix with remaining ingredients. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for 50 minutes. This recipe freezes well.
