SAUSAGE AND APPLE QUICHE 
1/2 lb. sausage, mild or hot
2 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
3/4 c. heavy cream
2 eggs

Heat oven to 375°F. Brown sausage over medium heat. Drain; add apples and cook until barely tender. Place in pie crust. Mix liquid ingredients together and pour over sausage mixture.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until firm in the center.
