SAUSAGE QUICHE 
1 lb. sausage
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 small onion
4 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. grated cheese

Place drained sausage in 2 unbaked pie shells. Sprinkle pepper, onion and cheese on top of sausage. Slightly beat eggs in medium mixing bowl. Add milk, salt and pepper. Mix well and pour over mixture in crust. Sprinkle paprika on top if desired, also a little red sweet pepper makes it more attractive.

Bake at 300°F for 45 minutes.
