SINFUL POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
Unseasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. grated cheese
2 c. sour cream

Thaw hash browns. Combine with butter, salt, pepper, soup, cheese, onions and sour cream. Mix well. Spread in a 9x13 baking dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
