ITALIAN SANDWICHES 
Sweet Italian sausage (cook separate for 15 to 20 minutes)
Potatoes, cubed
Green bell peppers, sliced in strips
1/2 onion, sliced
Mushrooms, wash and slice

Start frying cubed potatoes over medium heat. When potatoes are 1/2 cooked, add bell pepper strips. Add onion. Add mushrooms when potatoes, peppers and onions are almost completely cooked. Throw this all together into a hogie bun.
