JONNY'S ASIAN CABBAGE SALAD 
1/2 medium cabbage
1/4 medium red cabbage
2 carrots
2 green onions
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup sliced or slivered almonds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1 pkg. ramen noodles (chicken or vegetable flavor is best)

DRESSING:

noodle seasoning packet
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sesame oil
4 tbsp. soy sauce
3 tbsp. rice vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Toast sunflower seeds, almonds and sesame seeds (sesame burns fast when toasting). Shred all cabbage and carrots, chop green onions, and break up noodles into small pieces. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and then mix in the dressing.

Variation: For the cabbage and carrots you can just get a bag of coleslaw mix if you don't want to chop cabbage and carrots. Quicker and easier this way!

Serves 4.
