CHICKEN PICANTE 
1 1/2 cups picante sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Dijon Mustard
4 skinless, boneless, chicken breast

Preheat oven to 400°F. Mix together picante sauce, brown sugar and dijon mustard. Place chicken baking dish. Pour picante sauce mixture on top.

Bake for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve over rice, if desired.

Serves: 4.
