SPAGHETTI AND MEATBALLS 
1/4 c. chopped onion or 1 tbsp. dried onion
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 can tomato paste (6 oz.)
1 c. water
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. red pepper, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar

Get ingredients, put them in large pan and cook at medium heat until bubbles, then turn down to low heat, cook for 1 hour. Be sure to put lid on your sauce to keep heat in.

MEATBALLS:

1/2 to 3/4 lb. hamburger
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg
2 tbsp. bread crumb
Shake of oregano, pepper, salt, parsley, garlic powder

Fry them in cooking oil (1 tablespoon). Fry meatballs until brown on outside. Put them into sauce and cook for 1/2 hour.
