VEGGIE SALAD 
1/2 head cauliflower, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 head broccoli, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 cucumber, diced
1 pt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 pt. fresh sprouts (alfalfa or bean)
1/4 green pepper, diced
1/2 c. ripe olives (can use more if want)
1 sm. can water chestnuts, sliced
1 c. cherry tomatoes
1/2 c. Mazola oil
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Combine and let chill overnight.
