CREME DE MENTHE BALLS 
1 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1/3 c. green creme de menthe

Combine wafer crumbs, pecans and sugar. Add syrup and creme de menthe, blending to make a stiff dough. Roll into small balls, and then roll in additional powdered sugar.
