TAFFY APPLE DESSERT 
1 lg. can pineapple tidbits with juice
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tbsp. white vinegar
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
2 c. chopped apples
1 1/2 c. honey roasted peanuts

Drain pineapple and save juice. Mix drained pineapple and marshmallows. Refrigerate overnight. Mix and cook sugar, flour, egg, vinegar and juice until thick. Refrigerate. When cool mix Cool Whip with pineapple. Add other ingredients and mix. Keep refrigerated.
