MUSHROOMS WITH ITALIAN PARSLEY 
1/2 c. olive or corn oil
4 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 c. fresh Italian parsley, chopped
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1/2 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
Salt to taste
1 oz. Marsala wine

Place oil, garlic, and parsley in a large skillet. Cook garlic over medium heat until golden brown. Add mushrooms, pepper, salt, and wine. Cook 6-7 minutes, stirring often. Remove and serve. Makes 4-6 servings.
