NEVER FAIL CHOCOLATE CAKE 
2 eggs
3 c. flour
1 c. Crisco
1 c. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. white sugar
1 c. hot water
1 c. buttermilk

Put ingredients given in order in a bowl. Don't stir until last item is added. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Makes 3-4 layers or large flat pan or it will make 24 cupcakes.
