CHILI 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 onion
32 oz. tomato sauce
1 pkg. Williams chili mix (this is the best!!)
2 (15 oz.) cans chili beans
2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tbsp. garlic powder
Jalapeno peppers
Sour cream
Grated cheese

Brown hamburger meat and chopped onion in large skillet. Drain. Transfer meat and onion to a large pot or Dutch oven. Add tomato sauce, cumin, chili mix, and garlic powder; mix well. Bring mixture to a boil. Cover pot. Lower heat and simmer 30 minutes. Garnish with jalapenos, sour cream, and cheese if desired.
