NO BEAN GARLIC CHILI 
1 tsp. basil leaves
2 tbsp. olive oil
8-10 cloves of garlic
2 onions (lg.)
2 tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. rosemary
3 tbsp. parsley
1 green pepper
1 tsp. cumin
3 stalks of celery
2 lbs. meat (80% fat free)
3 cans whole tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
2 cans tomato paste
NO BEANS

Chop up garlic, onion, green pepper, celery, fry in 2 tablespoons olive oil (add more oil if needed) and add spices.

In separate pan fry meat (do not drain meat!). Add ingredients from other pan - now put in a crock pot (yes lots of dishes to wash in my kitchen). Add tomato stuff. Drain liquid from whole tomatoes into crock pot - chop up tomatoes into tiny pieces - then add. Heat to boiling - simmer 1 hour. (No beans as directed by Nick).
