TERLINGUA CHILI 
2 yellow onions, chopped
5 lbs. lean meat
2 cans beer
2 (12 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 1/2 tsps. ground cumin
2 tsps. Accent
7 Tbsps. chili powder
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 cans diced Rotel tomatoes

Process lean meat into chili meat. Brown meat and onions together in large pot. Pour off any grease. Add all other ingredients except beer. Cover, bring to a boil, then let simmer for 1 hour. Add 1 can of beer. Cover and simmer for 3 more hours. If ranch style beans are added (add 2 16-ounce cans). Drain off bean juice. Then add second can of beer. If you don't like beans in your chili, then only use 1 can of beer.
