1 jar maraschino cherries
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can fruit cocktail
2 sm. cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. tub Cool Whip
3 c. sm. marshmallows

Blend cream cheese and juice from cherries. Drain oranges and fruit cocktail. Combine remaining ingredients. Refrigerate.
