ITALIAN MEAT SAUCE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 c. chopped onion
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (1 lb. 14 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
1 (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Accent
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 bay leaf

In Dutch oven, combine meat, onion and garlic. Cook until meat is brown and onion is tender. Skim off fat. Add remaining ingredients plus 2 cups water. Simmer uncovered 3 hours or until sauce is thick, stirring occasionally. Serve over hot spaghetti noodles.
