CANDY BROWNIES 
1 c. butter
4 (1 oz.) squares unsweetened chocolate
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. all-purpose flour
4 eggs, beaten (Egg Beaters)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. pecans or nuts of choice

Combine butter and chocolate in heavy saucepan over low heat until melted. Stir in next 5 ingredients. Pour into 8"x8" pan, sprayed with non-stick Pam. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Cool and spread with chocolate icing.

CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tbsp. water
1 c. sifted XXXX sugar
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Combine first 3 ingredients in small saucepan, cook over medium heat until mixture thickens. Remove from heat, stir in XXXX sugar and vanilla. Spread on brownies.
