“BUTTERFINGER BROWNIES” IS IN:

BUTTERFINGER BROWNIES 
1 stick butter
2 1/2 cups packed light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 3/4 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
10 mini Butterfinger candies, chopped
1/2 cup unsalted nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 300°F. In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Mix in brown sugar. Pour mix into large bowl. Add eggs, 1 at a time. Mix well. Add vanilla.

Stir in flour, baking powder and salt, slowly and mix well until blended. Stir in candy and nuts. Pour mix into a 9 x 13 baking pan sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool.
