WILD RICE TURKEY CHINESE DISH 
3 c. cubed, cooked turkey

Add: 2 med. onions, chopped 1 1/2 c. cooked wild rice 1 can cream of chicken soup 3 tbsp. soy sauce 1 (5 oz.) can water chestnuts, cut up 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 sm. can mushrooms 1 can water (approx. 1 c.)

Mix all ingredients together. Place in buttered casserole. Top with layer of buttered crumbs. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
