ARTICHOKE AND RICE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken flavored rice mix
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 green pepper, chopped
8 stuffed pimento olives, sliced
2 jars marinated artichoke heats (6 oz. size)
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/3 c. mayonnaise

Cook rice as directed, omitting butter. Remove from heat and cool in bowl. Add onion, green pepper, olives. Drain artichokes and save marinade. Add artichokes to rice. Combine marinade with remaining ingredients and add to mixture. Refrigerate.
