3 c. sugar
1 c. evaporated milk
1 pt. (7 oz.) jar Hip-O-Lite marshmallow creme
3/4 stick butter
1 (12 oz.) jar of peanut butter (smooth or crunchy)
1 c. chopped nuts, optional

Bring sugar, milk, butter to soft ball stage, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Add Hip-O-Lite, nuts, and peanut butter. Pour into 9 x 11 buttered pan. Cool and mark into squares.
